Interns and Sub-Promoters

SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participation in the coordinating, implementing, and promotion of current and future events
• Attendance at least 2 of our events weekly
• Assist in creating marketing plans, business proposals, and advertising campaigns
• Selling of advertisement packages and the implementation for each customer
• Approach local businesses and departments of corporations for Happy Hours
• Coordinate the Party Bus for certain events and work on booking it for future ones
• Contact and Setup Birthday and Bachelorette Party Submissions and Book
• Assist in Promoting on the Social Networks that we utilize
• Approach local businesses in person and via E-Mail for Holiday Parties
• Distribution of corporate brochures and information for bookings
• Attend our group meeting and discussion bi-monthly
• Promotional Work at our Events:
• Hand out Flyers, VIP cards, Photo cards, etc
• Collect Emails on our mini-computer
• Openings for Photography Interns as well
